Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms are between you and OMG MARKETING LLC ("OMG"). By connecting QuickBooks Online or Square to OMG Connect, you agree to them.

1. What the service does

OMG Connect lets OMG's tools read from, and on your instruction write to, your QuickBooks Online and Square accounts, for example to record payroll and commission entries.

2. Your authority

You confirm you are allowed to connect the QuickBooks and Square accounts you connect. You keep your tool logins private and tell us if you think one has been misused.

3. Your responsibility for results

Our tools help you calculate and record. Before paying anyone or relying on a figure, you review it. Your accountant remains responsible for your books and tax filings.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fair use

Don't use the service to access data you're not authorized to see, or to disrupt it.

6. Other companies' services

QuickBooks (Intuit) and Square have their own terms. OMG is not affiliated with Intuit or Square.

7. Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, OMG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid OMG for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

Arizona law governs these terms.
