Privacy Policy

OMG Connect is run by OMG MARKETING LLC ("OMG", "we"). It links the tools OMG provides to its clients, such as payroll and commission tools and OMG Help Desk, to the client's own QuickBooks Online and Square accounts, so those tools can read and record the client's business information.
What we collect
- From QuickBooks Online, once you connect it: your company's name and ID, chart of accounts, vendors, and the bills, bill payments, journal entries and reports our tools read or create for you.
- From Square, once connected: sales, payments, refunds, deposits and team member names.
- From people who sign in to our tools: name, username, and a record of actions taken (for example, "closed a pay period").
We never collect card numbers, bank account numbers, or your QuickBooks or Square passwords. You sign in to those services on their own pages.
How we use it
Only to provide the services you asked for: calculating commissions and payroll, preparing and recording accounting entries in your QuickBooks, and showing reports to your authorized users. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use your QuickBooks data to train or run AI models.
Who can see it
Your own authorized users, and the OMG staff who support your account. The companies that host our tools (Cloudflare, Netlify and Supabase) store it for us under their security terms. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
How we protect it
Every connection is encrypted. Connection keys for QuickBooks and Square are encrypted and stay on our servers, never in a browser. Every tool requires a login with a password and a sign-in code, and access is limited to the people who need it.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. When you disconnect QuickBooks or Square, we stop reading from it right away and delete the stored connection keys. Ask us and we will delete your stored data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
Disconnect any time from your OMG tool or from inside QuickBooks (see disconnecting). To see, correct or delete your information, contact us.
